At Swolverine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy on all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, apply the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
